Orthodontic treatment for crowded teeth

Its estimated more than 2 million people worldwide have been treated with invisalign. Invisalign use clear plastic aligners to straighten your teeth. Unlike traditional braces, there are no metal brackets, wires, etc.

To worry about. The aligners are also removable so you can take them out before meals, brushing your teeth or for other occasions you may not want them in your mouth. If youre interested in getting straight teeth using invisalign, you need to visit a dentist or orthodontist that offers the treatment.

Orthodontic treatment for crowded teeth :

In order to offer invisalign, a dentist/orthodontist must go through specialized instructional sessions to become a trained invisalign provider.

The first step in the treatment process is an assessment of your teeth in which your dentist will determine whether you are a good candidate for invisalign. A few of the main conditions that invisalign can help correct include gapped teeth, overbite, underbite, open bit, overly crowded and crossbite. If you are a good candidate for the treatment, your dentists will make impressions of your teeth or use a scanner to create a digital image of them.

Crowded teeth invisalign :

This then gets sent to the invisalign company which will create a set of aligners that have been customized for your teeth and treatment plan. On average, adults will complete an invisalign treatment in about a year. However, this can vary widely depending on the circumstances. During this time, you will wear a series of aligners switching aligners approximately every 2 weeks. The aligners, which looks similar to a teeth whitening tray, make gradual adjustments to the positioning of your teeth following a personalized strategy mapped out in advance by your orthodontist.

So each aligner will slowly shift your teeth into the next position of the plan until you end up with your teeth perfectly aligned. Just as with traditional braces, invisalign aligners will move your teeth through the targeted placement of controlled force. This force is not painful, though you may feel some pressure when you first start using each new set of aligners.

Unlike traditional braces, however, invisalign aligners control both the force and the timing of the application (only certain teeth will move in each set of aligners).

Overcrowding teeth pain :

Once treatment is started, it is recommended that you wear your aligners between 20-22 hours each day and visit your dentist every 4-6 weeks so she/he can keep track of your progress. And wearing invisalign aligners wont have much of an impact on your day to day life. It is recommended, however, that you dont smoke or chew gum while wearing invisalign. Other than that, they fit firmly on your teeth so you can laugh, talk, sleep and more while wearing them.

The cost of invisalign treatment typically ranges from $3500 to $8000 with the national average being around $5000. If you do have orthodontic insurance coverage, check with your provider to see if some of your treatment may be covered. Many invisalign providers also offer financing options so check with your dentist or orthodontist to see what financing/payment plans are available to you.

How to straighten your teeth without using big clunky braces:

So you want to straighten teeth to get that big smile and you want to get that nice confident beautiful smile that you always desired but the same time you don't have that big metal braces. Now that's good news, and the good news is you can actually get your teeth straightened without those big metal braces. So one of the options would be to have a clear aligner.

Now a clear manner could be an invisalign, for example, where it allows you to straighten your teeth with clear plastic aligners over a period of time so you don't have to be worried about having metal braces in your mouth for obvious reasons. Now you may not want metal braces because of your job. You meet people. You might think that it's mainly for young kids and not for not for young adults.

I mean there could be various reasons why so invisalign could be a really good option to straighten teeth without people noticing you straighten them. Now if your teeth are not too crowded too crooked you can actually straighten your teeth using veneers as well because veneers can potentially correct your miss angulated teeth or misaligned teeth to a certain degree but of course you need to ensure that you're seeing the right professionals so that when you straighten your teeth with veneers it's within their boundaries and limits of biology. Because you don't need to be or you don't overdo it otherwise it could be detrimental to the healthy teeth as well so well the good news is you don't wear metal braces if you don't want to.

If you want to buy our mints because it's still it's still a good option you straighten teeth. I mean we've got patients come in for that too but it's just a matter of how you want to get your smile right. Always link it to this.

Crowded teeth before and after:

I mean when you want to go to adelaide for example or you from melbourne and adelaide you can either take a bus, you can take a car, you can take a plane so it really depends on how you want to travel you might want to take a bus because you do choose between lazy to drive, or you want to see the scenery, you want to drive because you want to stop by the mall to a checkpoint so you want to go to a destination nice and quick you take an airplane.

So metal braces, invisalign or veneers have got their own pros and cons. All of them will reach the end destination. It just depends on what your priorities are you need your ones in in size and final right dentist that can do well it probably all three of them so that you can he or she can best advise you you know which option is the best for you moving forwards.

So hopefully well you get a bit more information and the purpose of us making this video is so that we can educate some patients in terms of what the three options are and hopefully we've helped you with this and you know someone who can benefit from this video send it to them because it will be our pleasure to help them understand what the options are .

There are many causes that lead to crowding, sprain, or overlapping teeth. Some people's teeth are large in relation to the size of their mouths, causing crowding of the teeth because there is not enough space to accommodate them. And in some cases, we find that the size of the upper jaw for some people differs from the size of the lower jaw, resulting in a deformed protrusion of one of the jaws.

What are the reasons leading to congestion teeth?

  1. * most of the cases of crowded teeth and the emergence of one or both jaws together are considered hereditary cases, as is the case when you inherit the color of your eyes from a member of your family or when you inherit the size of your hand.
  2. * loss of some teeth at an early stage in the life of a child or an adult may be one of the reasons leading to exposure to congestion of teeth and bite inconsistency.
  3. * an error in performing one of the dental restoration operations (for example: a filling or crown)
  4. * the jaw does not expand to accommodate all the teeth that protrude.
  5. * inflammation of the gums.
  6. * overpressure or excessive on the teeth and gums.
  7. * severe injury to the face may be a factor in bite inconsistency.
  8. * oral and jaw tumors.
  9. * the practice of some habits that harm the health of the mouth and teeth and that children suffer from, such as thumb sucking, pushing the tongue, the child continuing to use a pacifier or a milk bottle even after the age of three.

How can i know if i have crowded teeth and asymmetric jaws?

Your dentist can detect congestion of teeth and asymmetry of the jaws by conducting some medical tests for your mouth, jaw, and the external appearance of your face.

Among other indicators that your doctor is looking for:

  • * inconsistency of teeth.
  • * unnatural facial appearance (especially in the mouth area).

Difficulty chewing or biting food.

Difficulty speaking, including stinging.

* usually the dentist will refer you to an orthodontist (who is the specialist in diagnosing and treating overcrowding and jaws asymmetry).

What is the treatment method for crowded teeth and asymmetric jaws?

* for some people, the use of a movable (removable and mountable) orthodontic tool to stabilize the new position of the teeth is the perfect solution to their problem.

Another treatment method is to remove one or two crowded teeth to relieve this crowding.

* after your condition is diagnosed, the orthodontist will be able to determine the best treatment method for you.
